Non-marital Asset Claims

In most instances, assets acquired prior to the marriage or acquired by way of gift/inheritance are deemed as “non-marital” assets, meaning that the other spouse has no entitlement to that particular asset.  Some assets have both a “marital” and “non-marital” component, and there are different formulas used to determine this.  Jenna can assist you in calculating this.
