Child Support

Whether establishing, modifying, or terminating child support, there can be significant documents that need to be gathered, prepared, and submitted to the Court. A court order must be issued to achieve this, as an informal agreement between the parents does not qualify as a formal child support obligation.  If you therefore wish to pursue this, you should contact Jenna right away, as there are few circumstances in which a Court can change child support to a date prior to the date you submit your request to the Court.
